Many people ask if we charge a service fee when booking with us. The answer is no. Our passion, expertise and service (from initial enquiry until you come home) comes at no extra cost.
We are independent and self-employed travel agents. We are not paid a salary. With every holiday you book, there’s a commission element. By booking with us, we earn the commission in exchange for looking after you on behalf of the tour operator. You are our valued client; no call centres, no premium phone numbers. We’re available when you need us with all admin completed by our head office team.
We care that you get the perfect trip for you and your needs. We offer honest, unbiased advice based on many years of extensive travelling and running multiple successful businesses.
We only use reputable and reliable travel companies including both big brand names and specialist trade operators. Most holidays you can find online or in a shop, we can offer too. The same or elevated product but through a different and better channel. We have great relationships with our suppliers who understand the importance of client satisfaction. We have a mutual desire to offer the best we can in terms of price, peace of mind and service.
